Our Wharf precinct offers a range of facilities including a 24-hour diesel fuel dock, vessel berths up to 25 metres and modern guest facilities. The Wharf is host to a range of commercial services including slipway, boat repairs, chandlery and a range of commercial charters, retail outlets, restaurants and bars, for a comprehensive maritime experience.

Here’s how to fuel up!

The refuelling machine is located at the first dock, opposite the boat ramp.

As you enter the leads, it should be directly in front of you.

FUEL DOCK SELF-SERVE  INSTRUCTIONS

Welcome to our 24-hour self-serve fuel dock, we have diesel (distillate) fuel only!

Here’s how to fuel up!

The refuelling machine is located at the first dock, opposite the boat ramp.

As you enter the leads, it should be directly in front of you.

Getting Started:

  • Make sure your vessel lines are secured, engines are OFF and NO SMOKING.

  • Remove your vessel fuel cap(s).

  • Use your credit or debit card at the fuel machine.

  • This machine will take a pre-authorised amount.

  • Using the Diesel Fuel Machine:

  • Lift the housing roller door.

  • Do not lift the nozzle until instructed by the fueling machine.

  • Swipe your card and follow the on-screen prompts.

  • Input pre-authorisation amount - this will need to be the approximate cost of the fuel you are taking.

  • Refuel your vessel. (Make sure you release trigger slowly so not to cause it to trip out)
     

  • When done, hang up the nozzle. Your account will be charged automatically.

  • For a receipt, swipe your card again and press OK.
     

Things to Know:
 

  • You will need your PIN for all cards.

  • The machine has a 60-second safety cut-out. If you take too long, you will need to start again.

  • If you set a higher dollar amount than needed, your bank will charge the full amount and refund the difference within 24-48 hours.

  • Dock bumpers and fresh water are provided for your convenience.

Troubleshooting:

  • If the machine says “Pump Unavailable” or “Pump in use”:

  • Ensure the nozzle is not lifted off the pump until instructed.

  • Check the pump display. If it shows “OFF” or “ERROR”, press the red emergency stop button on the Ezy Serve machine, wait 20 seconds, then reset it.

  • Wait for the pump display to show $0 and 0 liters, then try again.

  • For other issues, call our Office on (02) 6493 4575 during business hours of 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday or the mobile phone 0472 711 834 in case of urgent important matters (fuel spillage assistance) after hours and leave a message.
     

Credit Card Limits:

  • There is no maximum card authorisation limit.

  • You can perform multiple transactions by hanging up the nozzle and repeating the steps.
